- What about custom orders?
Custom orders can be sent through DM on Instagram @PressedbyEsco. Send me a described message of your nail idea or an inspo picture. Prices depend on nail art. Please DM me before purchasing a set. I will let you know which set to purchase from my website.
- How long will processing and shipping take?
All sets are made-to-order. A set of nails usually takes me 3-5 days to complete. After nails are done it's time to ship, which will take 5-7 days. PressedbyEsco only ships with USPS to everywhere in the U.S. Delivery is also available in the NoVa area only.
- Are my nails reusable?
Adhesive tabs are easily reusable. These nails can be used on multiple occasions, especially when they are gently cared for. Remember to always store your set back in the box when not wearing. With the glue application method you have to make sure to file away the glue residue before applying again. Complete the same prep and application steps and boom, nails are poppin' again! Investing into an inexpensive nail e-file is also great, gets rid of the glue easily.
- How long will my set last?
There are 2 application methods. You can apply with the nail adhesive tabs or the nail glue. Adhesive tabs will last you up to 2-3 days. Glue application will last up to 2-3 weeks.

- How do I know what size to order?
You can go directly to the website's "Sizing" page, there you will find my pre-set sizes and extra info. From there you will size your nails at home or order a sizing kit from me. When you're sizing at home, send me a DM of your sizes and we can start your set. If you decide to order a sizing kit it should arrive at your home within 3 days. Then as well DM me your sizes through IG. Any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to ask me. I will be posting how to: size and apply videos soon, so stay tuned.
- What if I apply my nails and they don't fit?
If they are slightly big you can file them down with the nail file I have provided. PressedbyEsco is NOT held accountable for wrong sizes. Highly recommend sizing kits for accurate measurements.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of this product no exchanges or refunds can be made. Hard work is put into every set so I hope everyone can understand. Refunds will only be made if order is unable to process. If any orders have been received damaged please email me your name, order #, and a photo of damaged order as soon as you receive to [email protected]
